Executive Coaching  

Through our Development Coaches, Journey strives to help individuals achieve their personal goals, by identifying short term and long-term objectives and necessary results in both planning and performance. These results can be accomplished through a collaborative partnership between each individual client and the development coach, as they identify not only the goals, but also the obstacles and all possible solutions to reaching their goals.

Journey’s coaches work with clients to explore each client’s personal meaning of success and create their personal road map to reach their desired destination.

Typically Coaching clients engage in approximately six months of service, which includes a combination of an appropriate Leadership Development process, and a minimum of three months of weekly coaching interactions to assist the client to focus on personal goals in their roles in both family and work life.

Organizational Development

Our development programs cover the four ingredients needed for unlimited success at business and at home: attitude development, discovery of ones personal meaning of success, human relations,  and goal setting and achievement.  We don’t focus on training, “the process of teaching someone a new skill,” our primary focus is on development, “the process of getting people to use and enhance the skills they already have.”  Areas of concentration:
